Shipping & Billing:
All orders are processed, billed, and shipped within 72 business hours from when the order is placed provided the merchandise ordered is available and in stock. Your order will then ship out via the method selected. Any shipping address that was altered by the consumer is the sole responsibility of the consumer. International orders are not accepted. We do not ship to hotels. Non verifiable orders may considerably delay the shipping of your order as well as us requiring other information in order to have it processed.

*All orders are required to ship to the billing address of the credit card (where you receive your monthly credit card statements)or in some cases to a business where the card holder is employed. The alternate business address must be listed with the credit card company and the business must be listed with directory assistance (ie... www.411.com). In the event the billing address is a P.O. Box we will require shipping to your residence or business which again must be listed with your credit card company as alternate address and that address must be listed with directory assistance.
